Run down constantly - what can I do?

Over the past few years I've been plagued by minor-ish health issues.

I developed a chronic back condition with pregnancy and that has just sparked a series of ailments.

I've had bad shingles, constant migraines, tonsillitis, infected wisdom teeth, covid, flus, colds, mouth ulcers.

I feel like I'm constantly unwell. I eat very healthily, normal weight, drinks loads of water, get fresh air, go to bed early, do yoga and pilates.

We have private health cover from DH work, if I do a blood test will they give me anything? I'm clutching at straws but I'm so desperate to feel healthy I'm absolutely sick. Literally.

What can I do?

What is your healthy eating?

how much do you exercise?

I mean, I'm not obsessive but I eat about 7 different fruit and veg a day, low level of processed food. I eat lots of salads, full fat yoghurt, quite a Mediterranean diet I'd say with chicken and fish. I don't drink alcohol.

I exercise 2-3 times a week as in a class, I walk with pram every day for about an hour.

I think worth seeing the doctor about a blood test - could be thyroid issue or low iron or vit D. I feel much much better after starting a high dose of vitamin D and also magnesium so they might be worth a go.

Sorry to hear, sounds awful. Have you considered long Covid? You are describing some of the symptoms of some long Covid sufferers.

No its not long covid, I had covid quite late, quite recently.

This has all come about as a result of pain in pregnancy that turned chronic. I'm trying to ease that but it's a hard process.
