Always in fight or flight mode but not actually anxious

Is it worth going to the GP about constantly being in “fight or flight mode”?

I have waves of tight chest, can feel adrenaline rise up through my body causing a raised BPM and palpitations.

I do have iron deficiency anaemia and I’m also under neurology for hemiplegic migraines. (The lowest number here is 13 for ferritin in blood tests and I’m <1. I’m on iron tablets and they won’t give me an infusion)

for full clarification I know what “fight or flight” feels like because I suffered from anxiety years ago! I’m definitely not anxious at the moment, I’m very happy and content with life (anxiety was caused by horrid neighbours and I moved house!)

could the raised adrenaline be caused by anything else? Or will the doctor shrug it off?

(I don’t drink, I’m not overweight and I don’t smoke) any help would be great 😊
