Mouth taping

Has anyone tried mouth taping?

I'm curious to know if it works. I don't snore all night but I am aware of my hubby pushing me -usually in the morning when I've turned over and started snoring.

But I have this irrational fear of taping my mouth shut in case I can't breath and dont wake up- I know its silly!

I'm also going on holiday with friends in a couple of weeks and don't want to snore then 😬

What are the issues with mouth breathing?

For starters.

But get the book - it’s a real eye opener.

I don't think I want to read the book as there's nothing I can do!

Nasal breathing exercises have been shown to improve hay fever symptoms. (During the day, I assume.)

Experts said fat was bad for you, now it's sugar and we are promoting sweetener. Eggs were good daily, then occasionally, now good. Smoking was good for you, then vaping was better, then...

There is always a desire to earn money behind the advice, I wouldn't worry
