Due to back, shoulder, neck pain in 2011 I bought a new mattress - Ergoflex.
It was great for support however I kept overheating so changed it in 2012 to premium mattress that was great for 4/5 years but then started to sink and again cause the same issues plus now arms going to sleep (pins and needles in both arms) whilst asleep.
In 2021 it was changed to a Medium tension Silentnight Geltex Ultra 3000 mattress.
Was great for 5/6months however once again I am getting pins and needles and back pain.
I have a spare room mattress that was bought a decade ago and have experimented that whist I sleep on it, I have minimal issues.
I am a side sleeper, weigh 50kg (partner 70kg) and use a medium firm pillow.
Any suggestions which mattress available in the UK would be a good option and does not cost more than 1k?
