Any remedies for sinus headaches?

Hi I've had a bad cold three weeks ago and now I have catarrh and sinus headaches which are getting me down. It's not covid as I've tested negative on lateral flow tests and a PCR test.

Has anyone got any remedies? so far I'm inhaling over a bowl of hot water with menthol crystals in, taking paracetamol and squirting a saline solution up my nose 3 times a day. Thanks

I used to get loads of sinus infections and got anti biotics for them. The most recent time I called the surgery and the practice nurse said they dont give anti biotics any more for them. She told me to get Beconase spray from the chemist.
It did work and it took away the pain in my head and sinuses and after quite a while, cleared all the catarrh. If I feel myself getting congested now, I give my nose a spray and it seems to clear up. I'm not sure if its the same thing as a saline spray.
Maybe worth a go?

I find sudafed helpful.

Using a humidifier without the scented patches (just the steam) may help

Hot water bottle eases the pain.

A beclometasone nasal spray will relieve the swelling.

Cold and flu pills

Very cold Coke

Sudafed Pressure and Pain.

Sinus massage / acupressure points - you can google it. Can really help clear things out and relieve pressure.

Are you using a saline spray or an actual nasal wash? You really need to do a number of times a day and really flush it out. Do three days of Sudafed and no more.

Nasal rinse is the only thing that works for me. Get a bottle or a netti pot. I make my own mix with boiled water, a teaspoon of sea salt and half a teaspoon of sugar and bicarb
Rinse am and pm for a few days until its sorted

Thanks everyone. I've bought some Beconase spray
