I had something that looked like that, it was fungal. The pharmacist gave me some cream.

I’m guessing granuloma annulare.

Ringworm

Ringworm.
My son has it.
I thought Ringworm was always really itchy. Dr said can but also cannot be.
Cantesan cream from over the counter twice a day til rash has gone then another couple of weeks after that. We've been using the cream a month 2 areas are gone, one stubborn bit is 75% better.
