I'm doing it now

They warned me it can make the teeth temporarily more sensitive but should go back to normal after the treatment

My understanding is that if you have sensitive teeth you should do it at the dentist and not at home Wink

I bought a kit from the dentist, had a mould made etc.
The stuff you put in the mould is Philips Zoom, I wear the mould overnight, takes a bit of getting used too but my teeth are really white now, used to be very yellow.
I drink a lot of tea so I top up every now and then.
It does make my teeth sensitive but I use sensitive toothpaste and I keep a tube in my bag and smear a little on at work during the day.
The sensitivity wears off, its worse just after I have done a whitening session.
I paid about £200 for the mould and three syringes, best money I have ever spent.
I've tried all sorts of other home whitening products and wasted a fortune

Do you know what strength you used? I see you can buy this for home use.

Yup. They just said use sensodyne and alternate days if you have sensitivity. Well worth the money.

i did it years ago and do an annual top up for a few days.

Anything over 1% Hp has to be prescribed by a dentist. But you can use at home in trays. Its usually 6% hydrogen peroxide by day or 16% carbomide peroxide by night.

In my childhood time, many people are suggest me to use salt for teeth whitening. I tried for few days, afterwards I leave it due to some pain in my mouth. Please seek dentist help for teeth whitening, It will gives you good results.
