Diarrhoea, belching, cramps, headache - oh my!

I know nobody can diagnose me and I need to see the GP which I am going to get an appointment in the morning for but I wonder if anyone here has experienced similar as I am getting fed up with this and very worried.
For what seems like months now I keep getting recurrent diarrhoea which usually starts in the early hours of the morning but tonight started after dinner.
I can get a niggling headache also sometimes which starts it off, feel nauseous which means I belch a lot, my stomach will cramp and then the rush to the loo starts. It's always like water Sad
It can last a day or a few days.
I've been taking probiotics for the past few weeks which has really helped and I haven't had any problems until tonight.
I'm so fucked off with it because it takes over my life and I'm also scared something is really wrong with me because it's not normal is it?

It’s not normal, but you could have picked up a bug. It could just be IBS. It could also be an inflammatory condition.

Make a big fuss to the doc, so they take it seriously. They will take w sample but also ask for your bloods to be tested for inflammation. Unless they can clear it up you want them to refer you for a colonoscopy (a world of fun!)

Chances are it’s nothing v serious, but don’t put off the doc any longer.

I've had strange bloating and pains and severe joint pain since I had covid 2 years ago. I'm currently doing the "AIP" eating plan (auto immune protocol) in the hope of helping reduce inflammation and it's really helping. I feel great. It was rough for the first day or two, especially giving up the coffee and sugar, but I now feel better than I have in years. The bloating was completely gone after only a few days.

I realise my post makes me sound like an AIP fanatic (the internet is riddled with them!). My GP, who is a pretty great, open-minded chap, actually recommended to me that I try cutting out some coming inflammatory foods.

I've had those symptoms before and it's usually stress/anxiety related for me

They'll probably do a FIT kit and faecal calprotectin sample. Have a look at nhs website for more info on those.
They'll also ask you if you can identify any triggers eg food patterns etc.
