The GP thinks I am elderly....I am 53!

He gave me sleeping tablets today leaflet inside says adults 7.5, elderly 3.75

I look on my label 3.75!

Elderly starts a lot younger than I thought!

I try to get to sleep before taking one

Does anyone know how long is reasonable? I go to bed at 10 and if I'm not asleep by midnight I take one - but I don't like leaving them by my bed

Last few nights have been an arse - waking up 2/3 hours after falling asleep - any suggestions?
