Get a phone (or video) consultation with your GP, there's lots that can be prescribed to help.

The thing that really made a difference to me was giving up dairy.

Ask you GP for Soolantra cream.
Someone on MN recommended it and mine improved hugely and quickly.

I've really struggled with this too. Changing temperatures seems to trigger mine, ie going from the cold outside to central heated inside.

Looking after my skin barrier really helps, I've found it a lot easier to control since I started using Cerave hydrating cleanser, Azelaic acid (it's an anti inflammatory so helps when I'm flared up) and Dr Jart Cicapair range, especially the colour correcting treatment which I use instead of foundation.

Soolantra made such a difference to my skin. Took 9 weeks to get pretty clear, but it was totally worth it. I took weekly photos to keep track of progress. Big blip in wk3/4 which is normal and then it began to clear.

Yes for soolantra!
