Anyone suffer with this? And whats your symptoms?
I have ear pain, achey teeth and neck pain?
Also how long at a time can this go on for?

Op can I ask, did this start after you had a baby? This happened to me after I had my last baby and wonder if there's a link. I don't have tmj but it could develop into it as I wake up with sore neck, headaches and achy jaw. I have a theory about what might be causing it after baby but not sure.

How is everyone with TMJ? I'm waiting for a scan to see if that's causing my dull head ache and pressure. It's all around the left side.
I've been doing the exercises on YouTube but need to do them daily.
