I drink quite a lot of water - around 4-5 bottles a day. Doctor said this was fine and good to do.
I find myself constantly needing to wee - every 20 mins or so…..
Does anyone else have this problem ? My partner said it’s not normal ? Maby pelvic floor exercises would help ?

@Elieza Okay, I just google it, and the main hit is, unsurprisingly, a business that sells water bottles. Other hits say that there is insufficient evidence.

Severe dehydration isn't good for you, but everyone knows that and as I said before, most beverages contain a high percentage of water anyway.

In any case, if it were true, then there would be no need for blood-thinning medications such as warfarin and all the other prescription drugs. I think I'll go with medical advice on this one.

The article that says it thins the blood is a big advert for their product

This article is just as Reliable (!) which says alcohol is just as good....

Say what you will people, I still think drinking still water is good for you (and it has to go into your body so some of it logically must reach the bloodstream and is easily absorbed), as is eating a balanced diet, getting sufficient sleep and taking regular exercise.

Yes we should take medication when required. Of course we should. Who in their right mind would advocate against this.

And there will always be articles that contradict things. Remember in the 90s we were getting told eating apples was bad for us etc!
