Would you go to your gp for this?

I have had so many issues of late, I'm fed up with myself.
One of the problems is with my skin; rashy, itchy, just awful.

This has been on my breast for a couple of months though, hasn't waxed or waned, and has is slightly raised.

Awful pic, but what would you do?

Better go and name change now.

I'm also a dermy person. I had a terrible tit rash during lockdown 1.0. It was itchy as all hell and I dutifully scratched it until it bled.

Anyway, I did nothing. Slathered on some sudocrem and self issued a prescription of "see how it goes"

And it did go. But it took some months.

My DH had will eczema and went to the GP. He was given Epaderm on prescription and told to use it in the shower instead of shower gel. Cleared right up. He has it on subscription from Amazon now.

These are my two differing experiences of rashes in "rude places". Take from them what you will. And sorry to hear about your tit rash!

Perhaps I'll leave it a bit longer then. Smile

Impossible for anyone to say from that photo. Is the skin dimpled - looks like it might be from that photo but as I say it’s not clear at all. Book a GP appointment - they’re busy and working hard but if there is actually new skin dimpling it should be looked at

CatonMat · 17/11/2021 01:16

It's hard even for me to work out, really.
Sometimes I think oh it looks in need of a check up, others I think I'm making a fuss.

Thanks though, I will get it checked I think.

If there's the slighest hint of a dimple, please get it checked and get into the system as soon as possible.

CatonMat · 17/11/2021 01:35

Thanks all.
I think I will get it checked anyway, seeing as I can't decide if I'm naturally dimply or it's a recent thing.

It's best to be on the safe side with these things.

Emelene · 17/11/2021 01:46

It’s skin changes on the breast and you sound worried - definitely worth getting checked for peace of mind!

CatonMat · 17/11/2021 01:49

Yep.
I'm just fed up with constant doc appointments, but you've given me a kick up the bum (in the nicest way possible)
