I was looking at reviews for these and they seem unbelievably positive, I was thinking of getting one for my lovely DIL who has CFS.
I just wondered if anyone actually uses one, prices vary hugely so interested about the effectiveness of the cheaper ones versus the pricier ones, anyone got any advice for me?

Sorry OP, no experience here, but following with interest - I keep looking at reviews of these too!

I bought one on Amazon for about £15. I think its really good. Slightly uncomfortable when you first lay down but you soon get over that. I find my back starts to feel quite warm. It relieves alot of pressure in my body and I've very nearly fallen asleep on mine. The one I bought came with a neck pillow

I have a cheapo version of Amazon too and agree with pp. Quite painful when you lie on it but quickly goes and then you get this warm, blood pumping, muscle relaxing feeling which is lovely. Then I struggle to stay awake. Once I roll off it, I usually sleep like the dead all night and feel great in the morning.

I've found mine to be very beneficial for relieving pain and numbness from fibromyalgia.

Yes. I keep forgetting I've got it. I sleep really well afterwards. And my back definitely feels more relaxed afterwards.

Thanks everyone, I’ve just ordered 2 from Amazon, only £14.99 each so if they work that will be amazing
