Dc have had snotty noses and one has had a cough. Covid negative.

Their colds started last Friday/Saturday ish although Dd didn't get poorly until Monday. They've both had the same thing I would imagine.

Of course not the end of the world if I do get it but when I get a cold I can get it bad due to bad pre existing sinus issues!! My sinuses and head are the worst part when I get a cold and I always lose my smell and tasted so obviously I would be tested - that's not the issue.

Half term now. Kids are better and want to do so much this week. At what point do you think that you've escaped a cold? They've been sneezing, sniffing and spluttering on me for a week and I feel fine so far...

I got a cold in the Easter holidays this year. It took me 10 days to recover (wasn't covid)...

I had some health the issues in May half term and also I had minor surgery at end of July so the summer holidays were a bit poop for them too.

I was really hoping it would be a good half term week! Do you think I could have escaped it?!
