Arm pain

Has anyone had similar and figured out what it was?
For the past couple of hours I've had a throbbing pain in my arm that starts at my elbow and travels down to my fingers and makes them tingly, it's not constant but it kind of comes in waves.
I haven't knocked or banged it that I can remember, there's no bruising or anything.
Nothing I'm doing seems to be giving me any relief so I was just wondering if anyone had experienced the same and found anything to help?

I had medial epicondylitis and it made my whole forearm hurt, especially if I lifted a heavy pot. It lasted about a year then just vanished.

Are you tender on the inner side of your elbow?

Or the other side for lateral epicondylitis.

Thanks for the reply. It's sort of where the the bone is on the underside if that makes sense. I'll have a read up on this, did anything give you any relief?

I've just had a google and it definitely looks like it could be that from the diagrams I've seen

I found ibuprofen helpful, and the Voltaren gel. My doctor gave me exercises where I had my forearm on the table and my wrist over the edge. Use a soup can or similar and lift it up and down. Both directions. This strengthens the forearm muscles. Avoid lifting heavy things with that arm alone.

Thankyou, I will give this a go!
