Has anyone got veneers?

I'm hoping to sort out my two front teeth, which are different sizes, and discoloured. Would anyone recommend veneers? How much were they? Any good or bad experiences would be much appreciated please. Thank you!

I have composite bonding, much cheaper and doesn’t wreck the teeth underneath…£99 per tooth and should last a good few years if I look after them

Depends on your tooth, if healthy then you should do what pp said. If dead/dying then veneers or crowns are great. DH had his two front teeth done, £1k per tooth with reputable dentist. Colour matched perfectly and an architect designs the actual tooth so it looks natural.

I had my two front teeth done as veneers . They look amazing but I've never got used to how they feel . This has led to me constantly touching them with my tongue . I love them & I hate them .

Where did you get that done monkey, it’s £350 a tooth here, your teeth look fantastic.

Thanks everyone.
My teeth are healthy. What is composite bonding? Is it as strong?
My budget is around £800.

I have veneers which I first had done in the 1990s.
Nowadays, my dentist says they would straighten them with braces (they leant in a bit) and bleach.

I have them. In many ways I love them and my teeth do look so much better. However my teeth underneath are completely wrecked - completely stupid as they were completely healthy, just not a nice shape or colour. Nowadays I would definitely have experimented with other options before doing anything so drastic.

Definitely look into composite bonding. Usually you can go for a free consultation and quote. I'm having some again soon (had it 20 years ago and it lasted all that time). Do ask how long they will last though as I don't think they're as long lasting as veneers. But they won't damage your natural teeth unlike veneers.

Bonding should be within your budget too.
