15 mnth old screaming when changing nappy...

Not unusual in itself, I know. Not a lot of toddlers like their nappy being changed! But my 15 month old DD wasn't this bad. She actually got to the stage where she would bring me the nappy and wipes and lie on the floor for me to change her nappy. But yesterday she developed a fever of 104, which has gone down a bit today, and she screams in pain when I wipe her changing her nappy. I've tested this by gently putting pressure on her with my hand and she screams. This isn't her bits, but her very low abdomen. I can't feel any lumps or anything.

Is this just because she's under the weather or does anyone know if this could be the cause of her being under the weather and what it might be??

She may have a water infection, in which case you need to see the doctor asap. How is she now?

Abdominal pains + fever that high = doctor, my dear.
Whats her poo like?

She does seem to be looking down to her nappy when she wees. She doesn't seem uncomfortable with it though. Her temperature has come down and the rash she developed has gone down a bit too. Her poo this morning was very loose and smelt rotten (and I mean as if something was rotting!). Not nice.

In herself she is hyper-sensitive. If she falls over se cries. If something doesn't go her way, she cries. If she's finished her juice, she cries! Not herself at all!

Sounds like a water infection to me as well.Take a sample of wee with you to the docs it saves loads of time.Hope she feels better soon.

Also best to avoid giving her juice if she has a suspected water infection, stick to water. Definitely get her to the docs, water infections are terrible.
