Storing Daily Disposables lenses

I'm short sighted and wear a combination of glasses and contact lenses.
I hate reading in my lenses, have to wearing reading specs over the top, even the big print makes me squint.
My question is, I'm going on a sporty holiday soon and will need to wear my lenses in the morning and evening but would prefer to take them out for afternoons by the pool reading.
Is there a way of using the same pair for one day? It seems really wasteful and pricy to just discard them after a couple of hours?
Could I buy a special pot & solution?
Thank you!

Firstly i'd probably speak to your optician in case you react badly to any solutions but I guess you could use a solution and case the same as I do with my monthly lenses. I think the issue might be that dailies can be delicate so there is a risk of tearing them when taking out as I suppose they are not meant to be removed and reused.

You may be better using monthlies as a better long term solution. I have varifocal monthly lenses which suit for most things but i still prefer to read without them if the text is small and I keep a little magnifying glass to use on anything too small or take a photo with my phone and expand it on the screen if it's instructions or something.

Thanks @ElephantOfRisk, it's a good point about them being fragile. Not sure if I've got time to make an appointment and have a try before I go but my optician would probably take a call.

I've not been able to get my normal solution due to some world wide problem, it was so mild that it mimicked human tears and was safe to even squirt straight in your eye. As an alternative I've currently got Hy-care. It comes with a case in the box. It might be worth a try in the short term. It's very frustrating when you can't see properly!

Actually. looks like the original stuff (Bio true) might be available again so might get that again as part of my supply next time. It's very mild so probably would be your best option for no reaction. Available in Boots.
