Pins and needles on left side, dull pressure on left forehead. Silent migraine?

I just want to check if I'm losing my mind and if there's anyone else who has experienced this. I've been feeling a really odd dull pressure on the spot just above my left eyebrow for a week now. It's not painful at all, just feels heavy and tight and it does bother me as it's uncomfortable. 4 days ago I started to then get pins and needles mostly on the left side of my body (sometimes ill get it in my cheeks, arms, legs, foot) and I've been having the pins and needles everyday. I also feel very tired and fatigued but I'm not sure if it's related to that or I'm just always tired. I rang the GP 3 days ago and they told me to go to A&E as they were worried I was having a stroke. Was in A&E for a few hrs, doc took blood tests and did a lot of stroke tests and he said he think it's migraine even though there is no pain at all. He asked me to call my GP again after 2 days if I still have symptoms. Spoke to GP who looked at A&E file and said "yep definitely migraine without pain". I've been prescribed a Sumatriptan which is for migraines to take but only when I have an attack. Very reluctant to take this as it makes your blood vessels narrow and I don't even kkow when I'm supposed to take it as I don't have the "pain onset" described in the medicine packet. The pins and needles and pressure on my forehead is constant. I'm in my early 30s and I don't smoke or drink alcohol for context with no underlying illness. ConfusedSad

Tired & fatigued with pins and needles - ask the GP for blood tests for the following if they weren’t the ones tested at hospital.

B12/Folate
thyroid
Iron
Vitamin D (although D isn’t a routine test & is expensive so may be refused if they don’t feel you match symptoms exactly)

My pins & needles in my face, hands & feet stopped once they started giving me B12 injections. You can be symptomatic even if your results are in the low end of the normal range.

Thanks very much. I know two people who also have B12 injections regularly and it did cross my mind that I might be deficient. I'm not sure what they tested at the A&E but the doctor just said they took my blood to test for potential inflammations which were fine. I would definitely get these tested.
