speech and allergies

DD4 has been having speech therapy for 10months, slight improvement. She had very poor speech and continual runny noses up to the about 4yrs old, when our GP put her on sodiun chromoglycate nasal spray, and her speech did dramatically improve. this effect lasted until the drops ran out, and the her speech dteriorated again. She is now on the nose spray long term, but her speech seems to have stalled. She doesn't snore anymore, but is still slightly nasal. I'm not sure whether its worth asking to be referred to ENT to see if there is anything else that can be done

Bit confusing. Don't really see how this can exert such a change.
Are you talking about the quality of her voice?

I'm not a specialist in this field tbh.

Yes, language may well be affected if conductive hearing loss associated with glue ear and so on. See what the GP has to say.
