Cracked, split feet (sexy)

If the above seductive title hasn't scared you, the following will.

Oh. My. God.

My feet, I've always struggled with dry hard skin on them DESPITE using every lotion & potion available but this is new level. The last 6 months + they've been splitting. On the heel, on the outer sides. The cuts even make walking painful. I've spent a lot of money on creams that don't seem to do much. I've just ordered some Flexitol as a last resort. Is there ANYONE out there who has ever had this issue? Or am I turning in to some sort of Troll & need to find myself a bridge...

Cillmantain … The podiatrist recommended filing the top of nail with a nail file. Your nails are waterproof so for the Vicks to work it needs to soak into the nail. I gently do this every other day. Keep at it though. I am a month in and both of my big toenails are looking so much healthier.

Go see a podiatrist. They will help you.Agree mosturisers will help but the podiatrist will remove the dead skin properly and give you some advice

It is linked to diabetes and I have pcos so that makes sense
