I feel like total shit

Pain everywhere and exhausted

Is it a coincidence? Can I do anything to help?

How is everyone today?

I've got up early, passed cooking the meal today on to someone else & I am trying to getvas much work done before I collapse!

Spoons be damned!!

Yes, I had horrific pain after my first Pfizer. Never had a flare up so painful. It’s easing but it’s still in the background three weeks later. I was half expecting it - a bad night’s sleep can kick me off! - but not that level of pain, I didn’t know what to do with myself.

Hi 👋
I had a better night as I had the portable ac unit in my bedroom!
I'm off to the chiropractor later for the 1st time in about 6 weeks and having my hair done which I HATE but I look like a scarecrow so needs must!
Got a big weekend coming up (ds1 is 18) so I need to start resting up before that...
Sigh.
Remember when you just arranged stuff without a seconds thought?
Have a good day all x

Pace yourself @Mrs08

I've done 3 hours of sewing then 2.5 hours of teaching

So I'm having a bit of a nap

I might have a nap too 😴
I'm sat on my bed with the ac unit on ❄
Off to a uni open day with ds1 tomorrow and a big meeting at 3pm
I'm hoping to rest on Friday!
🤪

@KatyMac : Have you tried looking at the ME Association website and at ME and the Covid Vaccine FB pages ? The ME Association has lots of useful covid and vaccine info including a post-vaccine survey with results, and FB has pages that have been set up specifically to discuss ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia etc in relation to the vaccines. Other than responding to your initial questions "could the vaccine have triggered an attack/relapse" with a whole-hearted yes, I'm not sure any of these resources can offer you any other help though - just lots more people going through the same thing :-( Good luck !
