DP and I have been togther a few years I could cope a few nights a week as we didn't live togther but now due to move in togther in a few months! His snoring is so bad you can hear him through 2 walls and 2 floors , i kid you not! He's had nasal sprays from doc and buys anti-snoring strips but all are crap! We have to sleep in separate rooms as I he wakes me up and I have kids and work to get sleep for!
GP has referred him to ENT but advised will be a long long time! He's driving a wedge between us and getting him down! Does anyone have any tips or advice ?? Thankyou xx

Has he tried the throat sprays? Or the mouth guards? I think the mouth guards are supposed to be the best. You can buy online but I noticed our dentist does them too. Ear plugs for you as well Smile

My DP could wake up the whole neighbourhood with his snoring! I brought him an anti snore pillow from John Lewis for Christmas and it works!! I was very sceptical at first but it is brilliant! I can tell when he isn't lying on it properly as he snore again (so a quick nudge and a move of the pillow and it's back to a peaceful night!)

The pillow is the Kally anti snore pillow.... cost £35 but worth every penny!

Just search for anti snore mouthpiece on Amazon! Not heard of the anti snore pillow-that sounds ace!

Is he overweight? My DH used to have this problem. When we were dating, I used to hate staying over at his as I usually ended up in spare room or on sofa. He lost weight in preparation for our wedding and it got so much better. For some reason, although his weight has fluctuated since, the snoring has never returned to how bad it was before.
