Will we ever get to see a GP again in person?

Finding it soooo frustrating being unable to see a GP face to face. I rang up a few weeks ago with a problem. I had to send pictures of it. The problem hasn’t gone away so now I have to start again. If they don’t see me in person this time I will have no choice but to go to a walk-in centre. When will our GP surgeries re-open again - half of the UK adult population have been vaccinated!!

I diagnosed myself from Google and have learned every single fact about my disease from the Internet. This is a serious disease which could last several years and needs powerful drugs. I’ve had one brief telephone consultation with a doctor. Three week wait for that, three week wait for blood tests. Forty five minutes on hold when I called.
If I should need minor surgery I expect to be told to watch a video and do it myself.
