Complete exhaustion after gym

I know this is quite normal Grin Though it's not the only thing. I've been feeling a bit tired and demotivated for a few weeks. I went to the gym for the first time since last summer and did a 2 hour session (this was Thursday). I felt GREAT and full of energy.

When I got home I had the worst headache ever and completely unquenchable thirst. Since then I've been pretty much completely fatigued, felt faint and light headed (even when sitting at my desk!), exhausted like I could sleep. Tingling in hands. Constant thirst.

I have a history of anemia, though my levels have been in normal range for years. I'll book blood tests to be safe.

Does it sound like I've overdone it at the gym or something more sinister?

Low blood sugar and dehydration maybe? Any chance you could be diabetic? You lost weight recently without trying?

I'm not sure. I have lost almost 2 stone since Jan but I have been dieting and exercising, so I wouldn't call it accidental.

Perhaps I just shocked my body with the session, but honestly haven't felt this tired in years and it's been days now.

It is odd. Maybe see GP and ask for fasting blood sugars?
