I know this is quite normal
Though it's not the only thing. I've been feeling a bit tired and demotivated for a few weeks. I went to the gym for the first time since last summer and did a 2 hour session (this was Thursday). I felt GREAT and full of energy.
When I got home I had the worst headache ever and completely unquenchable thirst. Since then I've been pretty much completely fatigued, felt faint and light headed (even when sitting at my desk!), exhausted like I could sleep. Tingling in hands. Constant thirst.
I have a history of anemia, though my levels have been in normal range for years. I'll book blood tests to be safe.
Does it sound like I've overdone it at the gym or something more sinister?
