Swelling up after eating anything

I am currently really struggling to maintain my weight. I am currently overweight but I feel like everything time I eat anything I swell up.
I don't think it's food allergies as I am trying various foods and still swelling up. It's noticeable swelling. Even my dh notices it and my jeans might fit me in the morning but by afternoon they're cutting into me.
Anyone suffer from this? I can't see if I'm not losing weight or might be and this swelling has something to do with me not seeming to be able to lose anything as I'm currently dieting.

Speak to your doctor.

Someone with access to your medical history is the only person who can give you appropriate advice.

Body weight and volume/size fluctuates throughout the day naturally due to water gain/loss.

Thanks my doctor is currently doing phone calls only. I told them I'm struggling with my weight and they said it's lockdown it will all calm down after. When I pushed them they then said maybe it's stress and the stress will calm down after lockdown. I haven't been to the doctors for years and it's only since lockdown that I've become overweight and swollen so maybe they're right. Afaik I don't have anything else wrong with me.

I just don't want to continue to be swollen anymore it's so uncomfortable.especially when I'm sitting at my desk and my tummy just swells and swells and I feel pregnant by the end of the afternoon!

Can't give you medical advice but it might be sensible to keep a diary of what your are eating and log symptoms in case there's a specific thing (gluten, dairy etc) that's triggering it... Good luck!
