I've suffered from chronic constipation for as long as I can remember. Even as a child. Laxido does help if I take everyday but I really like some more natural ideas...I find it really embarrassing to talk about but I know I can always ask MN 😌

Homemade lentil and veg soup
Homemade apple sauce
Strong coffee
Lots of water
Dried fruit

Also, look up a squatty potty - game changer for me. It lifts your legs up so knees are higher, supposedly opens up the final kink in your intestines. It really helped!
