How can I stop my belly bloating?

I am not over weight. I start off the day with a half decent belly, flattish and I’m happy with it. As soon as I start eating and drinking I am bloated. It does not matter what I eat or drink. Have tried various different things. Just drinking water makes it bloated. By the end of the day I look 6 months pregnant.

My ovaries etc are all fine and it’s not that|. I know wheat and dairy definitely makes it worse. Is there some tablets or supplement that I can take??

I have IBS, have suffered from extreme bloating, V&D, horrific stomach pains etc. The only thing that has helped me is intermittent fasting and low carb. I have my main meal at lunchtime and don't eat at all in the evenings and that has helped a lot and definitely has stopped me looking 9 months pregnant in my pjs!

And what does your day look like? I mean are you working at a desk? Stood up? Driving? Do you walk / move around much or are you sedentary? I know I was much, much worse when I was sat working at a desk. Walking really helps me (the walking motion massages your bowels - sorry TMI).

Sorry missed that bit, I work at a desk but walk a lot plus do yoga. I don’t drive much at all really, mainly only at a weekend. That’s the thing, my bowels are fine, like clockwork! Literally no issues at all, don’t get blocked or the squits...
