Anyone medical about? Question about fever temperature

This isn't serious, I'm sure I'm fine: just intrigued.
'Normal' body temperature is roughly 37oC, and a fever is 38oC and over.

My own normal is consistently 35.2-35.3.
So if it goes up 2.5oC, to 37.8, am I regarded as having a fever?

I would say yes, because I've got the room hotter than normal, am wrapped up in a heated throw, and still shivering.

Just interested.
And vaguely wonder what sort of temp rise would be concerning? Not that that's going to happen.Just interested.

I am not medical.
But one of my daughters has a low body temp. So when she has a temp of 37.8, then she has a fever. If she needed treatment, I would mention it, as they do take it into account. (along with the fact thatshe rarely gets high temps anyway, even when ill)
My other dd has a normal resting temp, but her temp often shoots up. I have regularly had over 40 temp with her. Once 42. Quick dose of calpol and it comes down. No need to rush to A&E with a temp of 40 with her.

I’m the same re body temp , mine is lower than normal. I have to walk past a thermal heat camera to get into work so if I did have a temperature (for me) it wouldn’t flag up.
