Quick vaccine question

Taking DS for his first vaccines this morning, and I just had a thought regarding the Men B one. I had it when I was a teenager due to an outbreak in my home country, and had a really bad reaction to the second dose and couldn't have the third.

Is there any likelihood of DS being more at risk for an adverse reaction? Is that even a thing, especially considering it was years ago and in a different country so presumably not even the exact same vaccine? Should I mention it to the doctor?

It is likely a different vaccine as MenB hasn't been given to babies for a long period of time in the UK. My ds is 14 and it didn't exist for him when he was a baby.

3 spaced out doses of paracetamol are recommended after the MenB baby vaccines to try to counter any fever after it. What reaction did you have?

That's what I was thinking. I've got the calpol ready and waiting.

I passed out and needed oxygen, but it wasn't anaphylaxis as far as I'm aware. They didn't say it was anyway. It was only a short term vaccine programme given to teenagers and even now it's not part of the routine vaccination schedule for babies back home. We're planning on emigrating so would like DS to have it over here while he can
