Pain all around chest area

I'm at a complete loss as to what this could be but it's painful and there appears to be nothing wrong. Pain is all over chest area, shoulders, all around lungs.

I went to A&E last night but ECG clear. O2 fine. Heart rate high at some points - high 90's to 120 at some points. No infection detected in bloods. Xray clear. All other bloods clear. I had a chest infection treated 2 weeks ago.

The blood test to check for a PE coagulated or whatever they call it before it got to the lab, so they wanted to do another blood test, but it's really painful to get blood from me, and it doesn't feel like that sort of pain, as it's all over my chest - almost as if the whole outside of my lungs is painful if that makes sense so I just said no.
Doc said it could be pain in ligaments and tendons in rib cage. Don't know why that would be the case, as was never coughing violently with chest infection and didn't have this pain when I had the chest infection! I'm really frustrated, but at a loss myself as to what it could be. I think they just see no infection indicators and that's it, off you go.
Google suggests inflammation of the lining of the lungs. Could I have that, without having infection markers? Another suggestion is fibromyalgia - which IS in fact all in your head as far as doctors are concerned I believe.I know that I have the pain, it doesn't feel imagined.
Pain feels like I'm being stabbed all over. It doesn't feel like it's inside my lungs. It feels like it is all around the outside of my lungs.

GP useless. Can't leave house as too exhausted.

Any ideas? I can contact my Gp tomorrow if I know what to ask for.

Unfortunately, I don't have the money to go private.

In the meantime then (having checked that you definitely have POTS by doing the standing test) have a look at the 'lifestyle changes' that can help while you're waiting. Increased salt intake, more fluids, low-carb gluten free diet.

I'm on a no salt diet. So you've sort of fucked up there to start with.

I've had gastritis.

It was horrific and made me feel so ill. Everything hurt.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the underlying cause for everything else you are experiencing due to the bile, the pain, the inability to get a balanced nutritious intake.

I would see you GP today and ask about alternative medicines for the gastritis.

Why are you on a no salt diet? Do you actually mean low sodium or fully no salt ever in anything that you eat?

No salt. I didn't know that there was a distinction.

Because of kidneys not processing salt, so I can't have salt.

You can't eat no salt. Salt is naturally in foods you are eating. You might not salt your food but you still eat salt. I haven't put salt in my foods in years and I probably still get 4-5 grams a day just from what naturally in food plus the bit from bread and the little bit of processed food I eat.

But if you're kidneys are really messed up and you have a diet where you are restricting salt and potentially other things that could all be related.

The doctors said NO SALT. I can't eat cheese, crisps etc. Doesn't bother me at the moment lol.
