Has my Ds done himself damage doing this to his teeth?

Ds is 5 and ASD.
He came in holding his lip out which I took as he'd hit his mouth somehow only to discover that a bottom tooth is loose.
Despite telling him not to touch (HA!) he pulled it out!
Now there's a lot of blood and a bit of exposed nerve (I think).
Has he done any damage by doing that or is it more me worrying a tad?

Was it already wobbly?

It may be worth getting a dentist to check if your worried and def if it wont stop bleeding, plenty of kids knock their teeth out before they fall out and dont seem to have any probs with second teeth - he may have a gap for a while though.
? does he need any pain relief I would imagine its quite sore, good luck

From what I can gather it was already wobbly.
Ds has issues with his mouth/sensitivity.
It's stopped bleeding now, just a nice hole!
The tooth on the other side is wobbly too but he hasn't noticed that one yet!
He's lost the bottom front ones so these are the ones next to them if you get me.
Sod's law we saw the dentist yesterday and he said his teeth were fine. The adult one to replace the one he smashed out 2 years ago if finally coming through.

Well, if it was already wobbly then he has probably saved some anguish. When my DD has wobbly teeth she won't eat properly til it's gone and makes a real fuss. As long as it's not still bleeding i'm sure he'll be OK. When I had wobbly teeth my Mum used the old string and doorknob trick.

This is just as bad as he just grabs and pulls! OUCH!
