SSRI for physical symptoms

Posting here for traffic, sorry.
I am 36 years old.
Have had chronic daily lightheadedness for over 10 years... managed very well on sertraline for 7 years. There has been no real explanation from doctors except "stress" which never made sense to me but have had to accept it.
Then I had a v.stressful time and sertraline stopped working as I felt progressively more unwell, which led to some serious anxiety and depression.
I am managing much better than before but want to get back to my previous level of functioning where I felt well and happy 80% of the time so I am going to try another anti-depressant on the basis that sertraline kept me so well for so long.
I have just been put on 20mg fluoxetine ... has anybody had experience of changing from one SSRI to the other after one "stopped working" or stress levels changed dramatically?
I'm on day 3 and I do feel less "bothered" by the whole situation in the sense that I'm less likely to cry about it. But physically I might even be more lightheaded and spacey than before, plus I'm exhausted.
Please be kind with your responses I have really been through the mill over recent years.
Also worth noting I recently saw a consultant who told me that my b12 levels have been chronically low (from looking at NHS blood test results) and has me starting on b12 loading doses this week.

Ignore the first line - I was going to post in AIBU but changed my mind

When I started mine, my mental health got better quickly but my physical symptoms wouldn't go away so my GP prescribed beta blockers to me. I only took a few before I was feeling a lot calmer and myself and didn't have to continue them. Maybe it's something you can talk to your GP about? Thanks

Thanks @pinkgin85

I am going to give the fluoxetine 6 weeks as recommended but will also speak to the GP about beta blockers. I have tried them in the past I'm sure (propranolol?) but that was years ago before things felt so extreme

Anybody else have any advice or experiences with this kind of situation?
