WHITE SPOTS ON CLITOROUS HELP!

Anyone have any clue what it could be, I've googled but I can't find anything thats the same, they are hard little white dots. I thought I had a yeast Infection coming on because I was itching but I just had to stop making love because it got knocked and really hurt like I was being stabbed, I thought I was cut or something but when I checked there were loads 4/5 white spots! they kill! and my clitoral hood is really red and it looks swollen, but I'm not sure as I don't go poking around down there often.

long term relationship, only one partner so I doubt its an sti.

this is so tmi and I'm so sorry but docs are closed and the pain is immense. I feel really dry, I was thinking of using some old creme I have for thrush but not sure if thats a good idea.

Any help? I'm so sorry but where better to ask?

I would have a bath, dab dry, let some air get round in bed (unless you have discharge), take painkillers and ring the GP in the morning.

You need to see a gp as sounds like lichen sclerosis. If it is it can't be ignored! My friend had it and if not treatment can cause permanent damage.
