I have always suffered with migraines , lasting about 3 days.
I get the zig zag eyes & nausea.
I think yesterday’s was caused by a camera flash . As I was fine before that. Just wondering if anyone has any tops on getting rid of them other than going to sleep ect .. has anyone had that ear piercing ? If so does it work ?
