What is causing my back pain

I'm 32 no previous health issues. I have had pain in my lower back right side for approx 10 weeks now. Feels like it is where my kidney is - kidney function is 74 which is fine (tho reduced from 89 last year)
It is constantly there, mainly a dull ache which feels a bit hot and occasionally sharp twinges. Hurst less when I'm distracted and also when exercising I don't feel it. Worse at night and when resting. Doesn't change with movement.

Have had an ultrasound - kidney is normal, urine is clear. There were some cysts in my ovary on the US but gp seems certain these are unrelated.

Other random symptoms are a late period followed by a significant bleed after sex (for 5 days) neither of which have happened before. I'm not on any contraception.

Gp has sent a swab today to check if it's a vaginal infection? Seems unlikely as aren't these mainly std's? And unsure how related to the back pain.

I am so so fed up and the next step is a muscoskeletal referral which is probably going to take weeks and I'll have to deal with this pain until then.

Infections aren't always stds. I had an infection in my womb and it wasnt an std .
However it could be something more innocent ,I recently had this because I got bored wfh on my office chair and proper desk upstairs and wanted to sit at the dining table. I was in agony the other day and night , took naproxen and went back to my proper chair. Everything ok now
