Underactive Thyroid symptoms?

Ok so I recently posted seeking help to understand what is wrong with me as for the best part of this year I habe generally just felt "off"/unwell/can't put my finger on it. I had full bloods done in May which included thyroid. Was told that was normal so never questionned it especially because I didn't have thyroidy symptoms at the time. But after developing more and more symptoms...I wonder if it is thyroid related. So symptoms;
Fatigue
First experience of carpal tunnel in both hands last weekend. Pain radiating from wrist. Wore a split as wrist was so painful one day and pain suddenly disappeared the next.
Woken up a few nights with pins and needles in arms/hands
Muscle aches in arms and legs (can really be quiet painful!)
Weakness in arms/legs
Air hunger (scared me the first time and I went to a&e but had a normal bp and ecg
Headaches (Always in the same spot)
Lack of energy to do anything
Heavy periods but have gone back on the pill for the last 3 months.
Recently started having twitchy right toes

I do have a ferritin level of 9. Been on liquid iron for nearly 2 weeks. Made no difference other than upset bowel habits.
I am contacting my gp tomorrow for vit b12 and vit d results.
Any of this sound familiar?!

I have recently been diagnosed as having Hashimoto's thyroid disease I think triggered by pregnancy and I have had carpal tunnel and pins and needles, as well as dry skin and hair loss, general muscle and joint complaints and some constipation and heavier periods than previously since they have returned since giving birth.

Cant help as to whether thyroid is the root of your symptoms, but I was initially told my thyroid levels and function were fine, then started on thyroxine after the antibodies were tested and found to be sky high and an ultrasound showed a patchy thyroid. I was told I must feel a lot better as my thyroid function has improved since starting meds (despite being told I didnt have a thyroid problem) Confused
My random symptoms are still persisting, which could be due to hormones/health anxiety (as I am now obsessed with every weird thing my body does and worrying I have awful diseases/thyroid meds need adjusting, so I am sitting with it a while longer!

My b12 and vit d were in normal ranges when tested, but could cause a lot of those symptoms. I suspect your breathlessness and fatigue will improve massively as your ferritin increases.

Could also be low in folic acid?
What’s air hunger?
