Under boob rash for months and getting worse

I’ve had rashes under my boobs for ages. They didn’t really hurt or anything but I used talc and medicated powder to try and get rid because I’m sure it’s just a sweat rash. It’s become more itchy and sore in the last few days. Any idea what I should do? I feel like keeping them dry would be best but I want to use cream now instead of talc to treat the soreness and itch but I don’t know what’s best. Thanks

Im a nurse and don’t use sudocrem or talc under it, it’s the worst thing possible and we tell people to avoid. The heat will just make it go claggy. It needs to be kept as dry as possible, we often put breathable dressings underneath to stop the skin sticking and causing moisture associated damage.

if it’s still not resolving, as previous posters said it might have gone fungal so need treatment

I find canestan doesn’t work for me. I used to use Daktarin gold but now use a moogoo cream
