Awful diarrhoea after making lentil dahl

Hello, does anyone have advice or has experienced similar please?

Made a lentil dahl with sweet potato and spinach last night. AWFUL stomach ache and diarrhoea tofay. It's like brown water (sorry) I did eat a massive portion, didn't wash the lentils and after googling, maybe I didn't cook for long enough?

How long will this last? It's awful!

I hope the OP's recovered seeing as it was over 4 years since the lentil incident 😅

Lentils do give me several 'bonus poos', I'm convinced they move through your gut and gather any lingering debris from childhood 😉
