GP and multiple ailments

So I'm sure lots of people have avoided going to see their GP in the current situation. Do you think it's unreasonable to mention multiple things you're concerned about? Knowing the Doctors time is limited. Would you just mention the most concerning ailments or all of them?

I always book a double appointment if I know I have a few things to discuss/ raise.

Good idea. I didn't know you could do that. I've always just called to make A appointment.

Depends on the number when you say multiple. Would second trying to get a double appointment. If you so want to talk about multiple issues tell them at the outset that there are a few things you want to discuss- they may not be able to address them all but are more likely to be able to if they are aware from the outset. They might ask for a brief overview then try to address the most important one to you and the thing that concerns them most, asking you to come back for those things that can wait.

Yes it would be unreasonable. You cannot expect a GP to assess multiple ailments in a 10 minute appointment. You either need to book a double slot, or write a list and then at the start of the appointment decide with the GP the most important one or 2 to deal with first.

Thank you, I thought so too :)
