Feeling really ill after stopping keto

I lost two stone on keto this year but then developed a horrible rash across my stomach. It went on for weeks and the urge to claw at it was overwhelming. Medications from my GP gave either no relief or no long term relief. If they helped at all the extreme itching would be back within hours. This went on for weeks and I also suffered about two inches of hairloss from my hairline. I'm also suffering from a chronic health condition that started a couple of weeks after starting the diet that no medication or hospital treatment (it's classed as urgent so they are still seeing me) can seem to treat, not sure if that's linked to the diet or just a coincidence

I couldn't continue being tormented and unable to sleep for itching so I decided to switch to a low carb diet and just eating a careful amount of high quality carbs and avoiding sugar

My hair has returned and the itching is slowly subsiding but after eating a small wholemeal roll as part of breakfast and a goats cheese sandwich for lunch I barely slept for having to run to the toilet last night. This bread was from the freshly baked section of the supermarket not the highly processed stuff. I'd eaten small amounts of bread before and not reacted like this

I feel absolutely terrible. I've still another two stone to lose. I just can't continue feeling this ill. I'm disabled and have really reached the end of my tether with these additional health issues. I can't take it anymore
