Dry bleeding skin on hands

Does anyone have any suggestions for a hand cream to help extremely dry bleeding hands? My son's skin is suffering terribly from all the extra hand-washing he is doing now.

Ow bless him! O’Keefes Working Hands is the one. It’s brilliant.

I’d also be tempted to get him to call a dr (or you depending on age) to make sure it’s not contact dermatitis that needs a mild steroid to help clear it up.

I like this one

Another shout out for O’Keefe’s working hands cream, and I’d go for the tub rather than a tube. The consistency in the tub is thicker and it’s easier to smother your hands in a nice layer. I have a tendency to very dry cracked skin and when it starts to get bad I use this overnight, with a pair of cotton gloves over. By the morning my hands feel pretty much healed with any cracks closed over.
It’s quite pricey but the only thing that’s really sorted the problem for me

Aveena oatmeal cream helps me a lot

I suffer terribly with this especially when the weather changes and find lathering mine in Bepanthen nappy rash cream (blue and white tube and you can get it all over, Home Bargains always has it in the baby aisle) really helps. It's greasy though as it sinks in so I put it on before going to sleep and wake up the next day with my hands looking brand new! They also seem to get 'rough' when the weather changes and it seems to help with this too

don't use a tub of anything at the moment.
use a tube or pump-action, for hygiene reasons.
no double-dipping.

Hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy will heal it, then keep on top of it with a good handcream

Get some hydrocortisone from the pharmacy and it'll clear up in a week
