I had some antibiotics 2 years ago. Which I found out I shouldn’t have had this happen 3 times it triggered Gastritis which caused my skin to change gave me Rosacea both ocular and facial plus Seborrhoeic Dermatitis. My skin is literally splitting on my face when I wash. I’ve tried all the stuff aimed at rosacea I’m using vanicream to moisturise with . I’m working at fixing my gut but it’s a slow process. I don’t now what to try anymore. If I go to the docs they will want to give me antibiotics for rosacea and that’s what gave me this to start with. I’ve done soolantra for 4 months. Any suggestions for washing or cleansing and a moisturiser?
