Whirling sensation

About 2 months ago my head started doing a whirly dizzy thing on top. It lasted for 2 weeks then it stopped. It's now on and off and I get it some days more than others. It doesn't make my eyes go funny and it doesn't make me feel sick or anything. It's definitely worse when I'm tired. I definitely have some anxiety since lockdown. I've had good and bad days with that. But I also get neck stiffness and sore muscles at the top of my back to. This is definitely worse since lockdown as I'm not walking anywhere near as much. I'm starting to wonder what it is because it doesn't feel like normal dizziness as it's not accompanied by other symptoms. It sometimes feels like light or noise irritates it.

Any ideas.

I’ve had similar previously, once caused by stress, once by far too much caffeine. Are either of these a possibility?

My head's abit of a mess since June. First time in my life I have suffered with my thoughts. Ive had lots of anxious nights. Panic attacks. Still trying to figure out if it's linked to hormones. I've also tried a hormone contraceptive and things got worse since then. I stopped taking it months ago though. So I'm abit allover the place. Some days I have even considered that if I don't get better I'll have to let my other half raise the kids. But then I'll be ok for a week. I wonder if I'm making myself get this symptom?

I get terrible "whirliness"... as if I've had 2 pints and am walking from one pub to another... that kind of feeling.
Mine is always stress and anxiety x

I bet it's another lovely side effect. Thank you. I'm a ball of stress about functioning again which is so silly and it's made me quite poorly. But I hope exposure will cure me
