Do you have the lab values as well to compare your results to?

B12 over 150 is normal for our lab but I believe nice guidelines say patients would benefit from replacement if symptomatic but in the normal range.
Folate for our lab is normal if above 5
Vitamin D above 50 is ‘normal’ but over 75 is optimal for bone health (maybe it depends on age)
Ferritin over 15 is normal but the next hospital over it’s over 20 that’s normal
I’m not sure re lab values for the rest off the top of my head
Did they check anything else? Thyroid for example?

I’m not a dr but I think your ferritin and vitamin d could be higher.

Some of your symptoms could be from low vitamin D

I don't know about your results but I took Vit D and iron supplements and all the "tingling" went away. I was convinced I could feel my teeth were all wobbly and I sounded like a crazy woman. Taking supplements genuinely fixed my symptoms overnight.

I don't want to worry you but I would be asking for a neurology referral, the symptoms you have could be MS. You need a head & spine MRI at least to rule out neurological complaints.

The first five items on your list may be within the lab ranges, but they are very far from optimal.

To feel better you will need to supplement individually; sublingual vitamin B12, methylfolate (not folic acid), vitamin D softgels and whatever iron supplement you can take without it screwing up your digestion.
