Short of breath, cough and excessively drenched in sweat

Over last few weeks my breathing has got harder and shallow. I’m exhausted and feel like I have a lump at front of my neck low down. Nearer to my indentation in collar bone. It doesn’t go away at all and I can feel it when I’m eating, swallowing talking. But can’t see a lump it just looks like that area is fatty and doesn’t hurt it’s just in the way.
I have a very dry cough that seems to come from underneath this lump.
Area under my rib on right side aches now and again and feels like it’s sticking into my ribs and hurts if I had tried to have an alcoholic drink and makes my skin itch and turn red. The urine I produce is huge in amounts all day and night
My voice sounds like a man’s Cos of this lump
But the worse part is the excessive drenched sweating that’s occurring. Normally at night and I’m soaking hair to feet and have to change at least twice in the night
But today around 7.30 I was just stood in my kitchen waiting for kettle. So nothing stenosis and I could feel myself getting sweaty.
It was the worst it’s ever been. It was running through my hair in all directions, my face, dripping off my fringe and and my nose, my neck, and running down my back, stomach arms and legs. My thin dress And I looked like I had got in the shower clothed and took a shower. There was a pool of sweat by my feat where it had run down my legs.
This lasted over an hour. I just stayed in their as I didn’t want my kids to see state of me
I have been on ustekinamub until I had a reaction in June to it. But the sweats have started before that.

So I’m worried about how crap I feel but anxious it’s me over reacting for nothing.

@Biscuitmonster2318
He is fine now. He has been on Humira injections once a week for over a year and it has stopped his pre-cancerous polyps and inflammation. He still has bad guts most mornings and doesn't feel great some days but it's much better than before.
They put him in the pre-covid ward in his own room for four days and he was on two antibiotics. They took blood twice a day and did all sorts of swabs and two more COVID tests. They really thought he had COVID as he was so ill.
It really sounds like you have an active infection, I hope they can get to the bottom of it so you can start the medication. So frustrating!

@coffeerice I posted an update on a new thread but it turns out I had had a heart attack

Signs for it it seems are different for a woman
The anaphylactic reaction to my Meds caused a huge histomine response that has caused all sorts of problems for me
