Heart palpitations, anyone else?

Hi guys,
So I've been having frequent heart palpitations. They are on and off throughout the day, everyday, for about a week now. I've been to emergency and the ECG and blood test have come back normal. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has had then this frequently and all tests for them have come back normal? I'm wondering whether I push for more tests. Thanks.

That’s great you’re getting it checked out. Making me think that I should get mine checked out. They’re really fast.

Haven’t rtft but my suggestions would be:

  • Get your thyroid checked
  • Get your blood sugar checked (as you said they happen after dinner)
  • Try reducing caffeine, alcohol and sugar and see if that helps

I have an underactive thyroid and get palpitations when my levels aren’t right - also similar feeling (+ light headed) when I have too much sugar/coffee/alcohol combined with stress
