She has had this procedure cancelled three times already so I really can't stand the build up again just want it done. Anyone know of any emedies to get rid of a cold? They say on the paperwork not to even bring children in with a cold. She is steroid dependant so I guess there are other vulnerable children on her ward so they don't want these things passed on. It's her first birthday tomorrow by the way.

Elder berry extract available from health food shops, will shorten a cold

do strawberries have more than oranges then?

Upsadaisy · 20/09/2007 09:08

Lots of fluids and what the others have said

Upsadaisy · 20/09/2007 09:08

It probably won't be a problem as long as she is not running a fever and it is only mild.

i suppose you could mix blackcurrants with creme fraiche or mascapone then they wouldn't be so sour.

nappyaddict · 20/09/2007 09:26

oh and rosehip is an excellent source of vitamin c.
