Hello,

DD is 6 and a half. She has just shown me her mouth. Please see the picture attached. Will the growing teeth (inside blue circle) be back in their proper place by themselves once the milk teeth fall out (they have just started being wobbly)? Do I have to take her to an emergency dental appointment somewhere to have those wobbly teeth removed? Please advise as I am really worried.

Normal, will gradually displace the milk teeth and move into place.

You will not be seen by emergency dental appointments - at the moment the only people seen are those with severe ongoing pain not eased by painkillers and those with face/jaw swelling likely to cause breathing difficulties. It is very serious.

On a happier not, baby teeth wobble out in their own time. She could speed progress by giving them a little extra wobble herself each day. Adult teeth shift around as they all come in and if then end up out of alignment she could be seen by an orthodontist in several years time.

On a different note your DD has lovely clean teeth!

The should push out her first teeth in the, but if they don't, then a visit to the dentist when this is all over will sort it out.

Both my sons had teeth like that. Totally normal development.

Thank you all so much for reassuring me!

@Aesopfable yes she's doing that.
@Soontobe60 thank you! I showed her your comment and it made her day :) She loves compliments (like her mum) and is saying thank you

The tooth fairy is considered a key worker and therefore allowed to travel. (Though our allocated fairy is rather tardy and keeps forgetting)

@Aesopfable lol yes you're right!

They're certainly beautiful teeth! My little boy's did exactly the same and they corrected themselves over the months.
